Membership & Subscription Plans

Membership plans provide instant access to a large collection of downloadable products and are therefore non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.

GPL & Support Disclaimer

We distribute products under the GPL license and are not the original developers. Some features such as automatic updates, premium templates, cloud imports, or author-server integrations may be limited. Support is provided on request for installation and basic configuration.

Payment & Processing

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days
  • Certain payment methods (such as crypto or manual transfers) may not be refundable
  • Refunds requested after 7 days will not be processed

Product Removal

Products may be removed from our platform without notice due to author decisions or licensing changes. Removal does not qualify for a refund, but we may provide alternatives when possible.

Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions.

Additional Terms
