Are the files safe to use?
Yes, every file is scanned, verified, and uploaded exactly as received from the original developer — untouched and unmodified. All files are 100% clean, virus-free, and safe to use.
Stylesheet Missing Error
A common issue that can occur with users new to installing WordPress themes is a “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” or “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet” error message being displayed when trying to upload or activate the theme.
Please follow the steps below to rectify this:
- Download the final zip file from your downloads page.
- Unzip the final zip file, you will now have the final download folder.
- Do NOT upload the final download folder. Open up the final download folder.
- Browse the contents and find the actual theme folder. If you look inside the theme folder, you will see a “style.css” file. This is how you know you have found the theme folder.
- Using an FTP client, upload ONLY the theme folder to your “wp-content/themes” folder.
- Login to your WordPress admin panel and activate the theme.
This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded it incorrectly.

Can I keep the plugins and themes after my Membership ends?
Sure. Under the GPL license, you’re free to keep them if you want. The only thing to be aware of is that you will need an active subscription with us if you want to access any future updates.
Do you provide technical support?
Due to the nature of our repository, we do not provide technical support for themes, plugins, or WooCommerce extensions. We only provide installation and demo import support.
For any advanced customization, bug fixes, or technical assistance, you will need to hire our team for support services.
What payment methods do you provide?
We offer multiple payment methods for the convenience of our valued customers. You can choose any suitable option, including PayPal, Razorpay (which accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit and credit cards, and American Express), as well as cryptocurrency payments.
Are there any restrictions on downloading products from your website?
Yes, the download restrictions vary depending on the membership plan you have selected. For instance, customers with a Monthly membership plan can download up to 15 products per day, while those with a Lifetime membership plan can download up to 80 products per day.

What is the guaranteed response time for the support service?
We believe in excellent customer service; therefore, our support team typically responds within a maximum of 48 hours, excluding Sundays and festive holidays.
What is the guarantee that the website’s products do not contain malicious codes, viruses, or advertisements?
We offer products purchased and downloaded directly from the developers, and none are downloaded from third-party resources. Hence, the chances of viruses and malicious code are close to none. Even for the nulled products, our team of experts has prepared all these versions under strict supervision, so no files pass through “third hands.” Hence, we guarantee virus-free products.
What does purchase proof entail? Can I get proof of purchase of the product?
A purchase proof is in the form of a screenshot from our account on the developer’s website, which confirms that a specific product is officially purchased and all its related themes and plugins are downloaded directly from the developer. Purchase proof confirms that the customer is receiving the officially purchased and original product.
We guarantee 100% original products; hence all the purchase proofs are added to the product page. If you don’t find the purchase proof for any product, you can write to us via a ticket. We will provide proof of purchase on demand.

Can I request a product that is not available on your website?
We always aim to offer a wide range of products in our store. However, due to the nature of our service, we cannot guarantee that every requested product will be uploaded, as several factors are reviewed before adding any product to our store. Additionally, it is not feasible to upload every product available in the marketplace.
If you would like us to add a new product, you can submit your request through our Product Request page. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and determine whether the product can be added to our store. If the product meets our terms and requirements, we will upload it. Otherwise, we may decline the request.
Why isn’t the latest product version available on your website?
We take pride in our commitment to providing our customers with the latest versions of all our products. Our dedicated team of professionals works diligently to ensure that our product collection is updated frequently, typically every 2-3 days, with the latest themes and plugins.
We understand that you may have noticed a product on our website that is not yet available in the latest version. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to update the product as soon as possible. Sometimes keeping all products up-to-date is a significant challenge due to our extensive product range. However, our team is dedicated to providing you with the latest versions of all our products.
If you come across a product that needs updating, simply login to your account, request an update, and include the version number. Our representatives will ensure that the requested version is updated as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and trust in our company.
How can I manually update an already installed product?
You can update manually through the WordPress dashboard. To do this, you’ll need to download the latest version of the product from our site. If you have purchased an individual product, you can download it directly from the “My account > download” page. If you have a membership, you can download it directly from the product page.
Before uploading the product, be sure to check the downloaded file to see if it’s installable. If it’s not, extract it first and look for an installable zip file, usually called “product-name_to_install.zip”. Then, do the typical installation in the WordPress dashboard by uploading the product.
Finally, if a notification appears asking you for two options, please select “Replace current with uploaded” to finalize the update. This will update the old copy without affecting any saved unless you changed the custom code.
